Barrel aged sour

ABV: 6.1% | IBU: 9

Our first spontaneous release, gives a beautiful floral, lemon and melon aroma, with underlying brett character evident. This is a delicately balanced sour with lime and a subtle earthy spiciness with a lingering and refreshing acidity.

Dark Soul – Bourbon Barrel

BA imperial stout

ABV: 10.5% | IBU: 68

Chocolate, oak, vanilla and hints of coconut. Drinks super smooth with layers of dark chocolate, hazelnut, coffee and vanilla leaving a long and lingering finish.


Barrel aged sour

French oak with a lot of biscuit and some peach and apricot on aroma, on palate more grape and wine characters with peach with a balanced and lingering acidity.

Liquorish, dark chocolate and rum with some dark stone fruit. Rum very prominent on palate with plum and fig.

Brett IPA

ABV: 8.5% | IBU: 15

White wine, lemon and floral aroma. Some pineapple and tropical fruit on the palate balance with the acidity and a little brett funkiness.

All Funked Up  2.0

Fruited Brett

ABV: 9.0% | IBU: 25

Aroma of passionfruit, guava pineapple and citrus. On the palate the orange dominates with the brett funkiness expressing itself and balancing with a lovely lingering acitidy.

BA Imperial Stout

ABV: 9.9%

Aroma’s of dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, liquorish and a little cinnamon. Full bodied with a rich silky mouth feel, lots of chocolate and blueberry coming through with a little lemon zest on the finish.

Choco Rainforest 2020

BA Imperial Stout

ABV: 10.1%

On the nose chocolate, coconut vanilla and caramel which follow through to the palate where the barrel character comes through with raisin, liqourish and dark chocolate dominating.

Barrel Aged Belgian Quad

ABV: 11.5% | IBU: 31

Pours a ruby brown color, phenolic character of the yeast comes through with a little spice and a subtle earthiness. Bread, toasted biscuit, fig and a little molasses and caramel from the dark candi sugar and the aging in rum barrels. Not for the weak hearted, best shared.
